Now in its twelfth year, the Rapha Women’s 100 challenges riders around the world to come together, share the road and ride 100 kilometres to celebrate women’s cycling. Join us from August 6th for our weekly training rides to meet your fellow riders, build confidence and fitness and prepare for the big day. How can I prepare for the Women's 100?
We highly recommend joining our series of training rides starting on August 6th. These rides are all led by our Rapha Ride Leaders who will also be guiding you along the way on the W100 day.

Will there be a food. drink or toilet stop?
Yes, we'll have a short stop at Lærkegård where a snack and a coffee will be served. There will also be an opportunity to use the toilets!

What kind of bike can I do the Women's 100 on?
To ensure safety is maximised, we only allow road bikes with clip-in pedals to participate.
City bikes, mountain bikes, time trial bikes and unicycles are not permitted.

What shout I bring on the day?
Here's a list of items we recommend bringing along on September 8th:
- Water bottle(s)
- Snack; bars, bananas and/or candy are all great options to enjoy and give an extra energy boost while on the road.
- Appropriate clothing; dress for the weather! We will only cancel the ride if the conditions are judged to be dangerous so keep an eye on the weather forecast.
- A big smile!

What time and where will we finish?
We will end the ride back at the Rapha Copenhagen Clubhouse at approximately 15-16:00 where celebratory drinks and cake will be served for all.
