MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK RIDE WITH TNN
Ride with The New Normal Charity to promote mental health awareness
SOLD OUTOverview
This ride aims to highlight the importance of conversation through cycling, something that The New Normal Charity promote as an effective way of better understanding ourselves and the world around us. The ride, will be meeting at Rapha London at 8am on Saturday 18th of May for a 8.30am rollout. It will be a 90km loop out into Essex finishing back at Hucks in Walthamstow. TNN's aim is to change the way we discuss our grief, mental health and well-being in open and honest spaces. Nobody should ever feel isolated, and there is always somebody who will relate to your story. ‘If there’s one, there’s two.’ About The New Normal Charity The New Normal is a charity that connects adults through their experience of grief and mental health. Our mission is to provide space for adults who are struggling with life's difficult moments, particularly bereavement, to discuss these issues through non- judgemental peer to peer group support. Our peer support meetings have no waiting lists, no fees, no limits to how many meetings you can attend, and no restrictive referrals. At TNN, we believe that 'If there is one, there is two' – no one person is ever alone, and there is always somebody who will relate to your story.
