Join our group to ride 2h at a good pace in the evening at 3:30pm. Tempo pace - 30-35km/h avg. It is a high pace ride that aims to get some training done and improve overall performance. We wait at the top of the climbs or in case of a any mechanical fail but not on the flat due to being dropped. Register before joining the ride.
