Now in its twelfth year, the Rapha Women’s 100 invites women from around the world to unite, share the road, and conquer a 100-kilometer ride together. Starting at the iconic Lee Valley Velodrome in the Olympic Park, Stratford, you’ll kick off your 100km journey with a lap around the outdoor road track. Choose to ride with a Rapha-led group at various speeds, guided by trained ride leaders, or feel free to join on your own and cycle solo or with friends. FAQ
What should I bring?
- Road or Hybrid bike, cliped pedals are not required.
- Helmet
- Water bottle(s)
- Puncture Kit ( Tube, Pump, Tyre Leavers & Gloves)
- Snack; bars, bananas and/or candy are all great options to enjoy and give an extra energy boost while on the road.
- Appropriate clothing; dress for the weather! We will only cancel the ride if the conditions are judged to be dangerous so keep an eye on the weather forecast.
What kind of bike can I do the Women's 100 on?
Any Hybrid or Road bike is suitable, please ensure that the bike is in good working order before you ride.
Clip in pedals are not required but is advantageous if your used to them.
Will there be a food/drink or toilet stop's?
Yes, there will be toilets and changing rooms at both the start and finish of the ride.
Along the route, there will be a support stop with coffee, snacks, and toilets available just before the 60 km mark.
Before the ride, we will also send out a full rider briefing, which will include additional recommended spots.
Is there a bag drop?
Yes, we will transport your bags to the finish. Please limit this to one small bag per rider. We recommend that you pack some warm layers for post ride, so that you an enjoy the food and drinks post ride.
Is there parking at the finish?
Yes, though this is limited. There is also pay and display street parking nearby.
