Meeting point: 📍 7:30 am at Tsuen Wan West Station Exit D 荃灣西站D出口 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/nixxTqVv4D9jKrX89) Route: 8 total small laps around Castle Peak loop. 2 laps of warm-ups and 6 laps of tempo.
