A quick lap for the early birds. Wake up and chase the sunrise with us. After a good two hours we are back in Mitte.

Overview
Start at 7 AM from the Clubhouse for our weekly 62-kilometer routine to the airport, where we usually split into several groups of different speeds and do laps. Intermediate level with an average pace of around 30 km/h. We'll be back at the Clubhouse before 9:30 AM for a coffee. - - - Starte um 7 Uhr am Clubhouse für unsere wöchentliche, 62 Kilometer lange Routine zum Flughafen, wo wir uns in der Regel in mehrere Gruppen unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeiten aufteilen und Runden drehen. Mittleres Level mit einem Durchschnittstempo von rund 30 km/h. Vor 9:30 Uhr sind wir für einen Kaffee zurück am Clubhouse.
