Overview
The Escape Peak District is the perfect opportunity for Clubmates to come together and discover quiet roads, gorgeous climbs and club spirit. Hosted by Rapha Manchester, it takes advantage of local knowledge to make sure you see the best the area has to offer. Bike and Boots Leisure Hotel, situated in the heart of the Hope Valley, will host you for the duration of your stay. This boutique, bike-friendly hotel is the perfect setting, with secure bike storage, the option for twin or single rooms and breakfast included. We know how important camaraderie can be so we have accounted for plenty of social space for you and your fellow members to share laughs and stories from the road. Whether you're looking for challenging climbs or social scenic routes, the Peak District Escape has something for you; you'll be guided along specially curated routes by our team of expert Ride Leaders, who will take you through hidden trails, charming villages, and iconic cycling routes.

Friday 16th
You'll be able to check in from 3 pm on Friday, giving you plenty of time to get to Hope. We'll have a bag drop on-site and will head out for a 40km Shakeout ride to make sure everything is running smoothly.
We'll then have a welcome drink.
Saturday 17th
The big day.
After an included breakfast we'll head out on the main rides of the weekend, with a 100km+ road ride, a shorter 70km road ride and a 70km Gravel ride to show you the best of the peak.
On our return, we'll have dinner as a group.
Sunday 18th
After breakfast, we'll head out for a short cafe spin to process the weekend. We'll arrange bag storage so there's no problems with checking out.

This Escape is hosted by Rapha Manchester, just over the hill. Using local knowledge and ride leaders, they'll make sure you get the best ride experience possible.

We'll have rides for however chunky you like your tyres. Choose from road epics, Gravel grinders or social spins to get the most out of your trip.

FAQ's
How do I get there?
By Car
For those of you staying at the hotel, there is free parking on site. If you have an open ticket and are travelling by car, there is on-road parking in Hope.
By Train
Trains run to Hope station via Manchester and Sheffield and are semi-regular. Please check ahead to make sure your chosen train has bike spaces.
How will you decide groups?
groups will be decided on the day, depending on route choice and speed.
All rides will be non drop and led by a Ride Leader, so you won't get lost.
