MID WEEK SHUFFLE

Overview

Join us for an energizing mid-week spin through Central Park. We'll meet on West Drive near the exit to the Tavern on the Green parking lot (entrance at West 67th Street & Central Park West) at 5:40 AM, and roll out promptly at 5:45 AM. We'll ride four laps of the park at a tempo pace, using a double circular rotating paceline. Expect lap times between 15 and 17 minutes, depending on group size and weather conditions. Come ride strong and start your day on a high note!
