Overview
Join Rapha London for a special Eid ride, open to everyone, on Monday, April 21st! We'll meet at the Inner Circle in Regent's Park at 14:00 for an easy, social celebration. The ride will feature led groups, including a women-specific group with a female Ride Leader, and the option to ride in a self-led group. After our ride, we'll return to Rapha London for refreshments and community celebration. Several community groups will be joining us for this special event including Gapped Race Team & Cycle Sisters who will lead rides from East London, and Evolve & Desi Riders who will lead rides from West London. This is a perfect opportunity to bring the Muslim cycling community together to celebrate Eid, while also welcoming allies and friends to join in the festivities. FAQ
What do I need to bring?
A fully functioning bike, and helmet. You do not need to wear cycling kit (e.g. lycra or cycling shoes) if you feel more comfortable in casual or active wear.
What kind of bike do I need?
All types of bikes are welcome!
What speed will the ride be? Will I be too slow?
We will have groups to cater to every speed.
We will split groups up roughly into experience and ability, so the more experienced riders will ride together and those will less experience or those wishing to ride at a slower pace can ride together.
Are there washroom facilities at Rapha London?
The Clubhouse has two modest WCs. However, given the number of attendees expected, we’d encourage participants to consider undertaking ablution prior to arrival.
